About the author

Jen Williams (she/her) has 20 years experience working with middle level youth, primarily as a school counselor. Mrs. Williams earned her M.Ed from Villanova University and her M.S. from The International Institute for Restorative Practices, where she is an instructor and systemic coach for schools across the country. She holds a state board position with the Pennsylvania Association for Middle Level Education and serves on the Schools to Watch state team. Her passion is empowering young people to be part of the solution. Mrs. Williams resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
